Where
do you get ideas on what products to feature? |
We
try to feature the hottest products in the market based on
product buzz in the market, product reviews among product
experts, product reviews and ratings among users, and best
sellers lists. We try to provide you
top-rated products so that you don't have to sort through all
the electronic clutter and the countless number of electronic
products out in the market. |

If I want to see
the product image, see more product details, and/or see the sale
price for a particular product, what should I do? |
To see all these
information, all you have to do is click on the product link
that we provide you. These
links will open a new browser window where you will see the
image of the product as well as all the information
that you need to make a better decision on your purchase. |

How
do I order products on your site? |
You
simply click on any product or advertising links that we provide and place your
orders through the affiliate merchant's site. Our affiliate
merchants handle all the order processing. We don't handle any
of the order processing. |
|
|
|
Do
you collect all our information? |
Oh
no, not at all. We don't even handle any information that you
provide our affiliate merchants. |

Why do you
use Shopzilla as your main search and comparison
engine? |
According to PC Magazine, Shopzilla
is one of the top, if not THE top price and comparison search
engines for technology and consumer electronics products.
Consider the following quotes from the PC Magazine article on
Shopzilla:
"Shopzilla tends to return far more
merchants for popular products, such as digital cameras, than
any other site we examined. The site also has a very intelligent
search engine."
"Shopzilla .com incorporates
professional reviews—thanks to its BizRate connection—as well as
consumer reviews, which could be especially helpful when buying,
say, a digital camera."
"Shopzilla.com and Shopping.com
emerged as our favorites in this roundup, primarily because they
returned the lowest prices consistently and handled product
reviews best."

Do
you get commissions off our purchase? |
We
only get commissions from our affiliate merchants. We don't pad
on to the prices of products on our affiliate merchant sites to
get commissions off you. You pay for whatever prices our
affiliate merchants have posted on their sites. |

How
does mail-in rebate (MIR) work? |
When
you buy a product that comes in with a mail-in rebate, the
merchant site will provide you with a link to download your
rebate form. Print this. In general, you have 30 days from the
date of purchase to mail-in the completed rebate form along with
the other required documents.
1.
When the product arrives, check and make sure that it is exactly
what you had ordered.
2.
On the product box, cut out the proof-of-purchase bar code.
3.
Fill out the rebate claim form.
4.
Make a copy of your completed rebate form, receipt,
proof-of-purchase, and any other information requested to the
address noted on the rebate form. Keep the copy for your
records.
5.
Mail to the address noted on the rebate form the original
completed rebate form, original receipt, original
proof-of-purchase, and other information requested. If possible,
send it via certified mail.
6.
Your rebate check should arrive from the manufacturer within six
to eight weeks. |

How
do I use coupons? |
Just
like when you do your groceries, coupon codes are
applied/entered during the check-out process of your purchase.
You will have a chance to see how much your final payment is
just before the purchase transaction is completed. |

How
come some links don't work? |
Some links may not
work for two reasons: (1) the links are being updated at the merchant site; or
(2) our affiliate
merchants have taken down the particular page that you are
trying to access since the featured product has been sold out. We try to keep our links up-to-date as much
possible. We would like to apologize for any links that don't
work. |
